TechDex C.I.O. On-Call is a premium service that allows you to have most of the benefits of having a full time tech support person on staff without having the expense normally associated with hiring a tech expert.

Regarding the services above, here are a couple of things that you should know.

There is no such thing as a 100% hack proof system. While we can make sure that you have the best possible protection in place, no one can guarantee they will never be hacked.

We do not write the actual privacy policies. While there are some plugins that create general policies and cookie consent notifications, which we do use, it is your responsibility to disclose any and all means of collecting data and how they are transmitted so the can be included. The best solution, however, is to have an attorney write the policy for you and we will make sure it's placed.

In order to fulfill this service, we will require back end access to your site, host, and any additional third party technical services you use (where it applies). We will need administrator access for many things, however, we do not need billing access, so where possible, please use the methods assigned for granting access, and do not give out your main login information unless absolutely necessary.
